Sustainability Office invites community to participate in Watershed Week Sept. 21-25
The University of Wisconsin-River Falls Sustainability Office invites the community to participate in a variety of activities and events during Watershed Week, Sept. 21-25. Watershed Week is a chance to celebrate the local watershed with presentations, volunteer activities, demonstrations and field experiences that explore water quality, habitat restoration, native plants and other watershed topics. 62nd annual UW-River Falls Frontier Days Rodeo set for Sept. 11-12
The 62nd annual Falcon Frontier Days Rodeo is Friday and Saturday, Sept. 11-12, at the outdoor rodeo arena at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Campus Farm located at 1475 S. Wasson Lane, River Falls. The public is invited to attend. Friday’s performance begins at 7 p.m., while Saturday’s performances are set for 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Rodeo attendees will have the opportunity to view numerous events, ranging from saddle bronc riding to calf roping and barrel racing.
