Full-Time Loan Documentation Specialist

First National Bank of River Falls (FNBRF) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our lending team as a Loan Documentation Specialist. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and compliant loan processing, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain our strong reputation in the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, review, and process loan documents for a variety of loan types, including consumer and commercial loans.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and customers to support a smooth lending experience.
- Maintain thorough and organized loan files for audit readiness and quality assurance.
- Perform data entry, document tracking, and loan funding support as needed.
- Prior experience in commercial and consumer loan documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven analytical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with lending regulations and documentation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
