Description
Program Details: Six Sigma is a customer-driven approach to improving an organization's critical processes by solving root causes of complex problems. Using the powerful tools and methods of Six Sigma improves processes by increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
Target Audience: This training is suitable for anyone wanting to learn the fundamental skills necessary to contribute to a Six Sigma team as a Black Belt with the desire to lead teams using the DMAIC methodology and advanced statistical tools. In addition, Six Sigma Champions, those who sponsor projects, will also benefit from this understanding of the Six Sigma project methodology.
