Effective leadership is challenging, even more so for nonprofit leaders. In an environment of shrinking budgets and increasing competition, you need a strong foundation of skills and competencies to ensure your success-and the success of your nonprofit. Leadership skills need to be continually revisited and refreshed. This session will provide both new and experienced leaders the skills and confidence needed to achieve personal and organizational goals.
