Denny grew up on rock 'n' roll and country music, apprenticed in folk songs and the British Invasion, and matured as the frontman in a Twin Cities blues band for 10 years. Since then, he has expanded into R&B, bluegrass, and world music, making his song selection varied, compelling, and enjoyable, with a strong appeal to the memories of young and old alike.
