Program Description: Choose growth over fear! Step out and take the lead, both personally and professionally, at the Leadership Academy hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Stout Discovery Center's Leadership Development Institute. Leadership Academy provides executives, managers, supervisors, and personnel with critical training to support personal development, increase emotional intelligence, and dramatically improve leadership ability.
