Healthy Communities Partnership will offer FREE health screenings at the Chamber office on Thursday, September 19th from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.! This is a great opportunity to see everything this FREE worksite wellness program can offer your employees – annual health screenings, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol checks, BMI testing, educational sessions, on-line health risk assessment, and one-on-one coaching with wellness coaches.
If you are a small business (with less than 15 interested participants), ALL employees are encourage to register for this screening. If you have more than 15 interested participants, please send a business representative(s) to participate and learn more about the HCP program.
