Reowned biotethicist Steven Miles, M.D., University of Minnesota Professor of Medicine and Bioethics, talks about gun violence from a public health perspective. Miles has published four books, including Oath Betrayed: America's Torture Doctors, which examines military medicine in the war or terror prisons and more than 200 articles on medical ethics, human rights, tropical medicine, end of life care and geriatric health care.
