Chamber - Customer Service Workshop
Description
What does your welcome mat look like? What is your visitor preparedness strategy? These are just two of the many questions that will be examined in this Customer Service session. Great marketing won’t make a bit of difference if your customer does not have an exceptional experience in your destination, at your business or in your region. This workshop will help everyone understand the importance of the complete visitor experience.
While this will be a tourism-focused customer service workshop it will be beneficial to all front-line employees and staff. Plan on attending and sending your staff through this fastpaced, informative workshop. The trainings will be provided by Northwestern Wisconsin Regional Department of Tourism Specialist Drew Nussbaum.
